135 Liter 1.8KW Ultrasonic Carburetor Cleaner For Snow Blowers And
Snowmobiles
Why You Need Whale Cleen sonic Ultrasonic Carburetor Cleaner For
Snow Blowers And Snowmobiles?
Snow blowers and snowmobiles are two popular power products for
winter, one for work and one for play. Work and play don’t happen
when winter power equipment fails to function due to a dirty
carburetor. And the cold weather will make you feel very hard to
clean it by your hands so this is why you need a Whale Cleen sonic Ultrasonic Carburetor Cleaner. It can solve all your problem
in just several steps without hand scrubbing.
How Whale Cleen sonic Ultrasonic Carburetor Cleaner Works?
An ultrasonic cleaner is used by adding a cleaning solution in its
tank and placing the components to be cleaned in the solution. The
ultrasonic cleaner can clean by generating ultrasonic waves into
the cleaning solution; the waves generated separate the cleaning
solution’s molecules apart causing vacuum “cavities”. These
cavities then implode causing “de-cavitations” of ultra-high energy
spots of 5000 degrees C. These de-cavitations act as microscopic
scrubbers that clean effectively. Carburetors have lots of
inaccessible areas that you just can't see to clean. The ultrasonic
action cleans these hard-to-reach areas as well as exposed
surfaces. Because ultrasonic cleaning action only removes oil,
carbon, varnish and other built-up dirt, O-rings, seals and plastic
can be left in place. High end ultrasonic machines also incorporate
a heating element that furthers the efficiency of ultrasonic
cleaning.

Customer's Cleaning Feedback:
How To Clean With Whale cleen sonic Ultrasonic Carburetor Cleaner?
1. Setting up your Ultrasonic Carburetor Cleaner
Fill the ultrasonic carb cleaner tank to the fill line (or approximately 2/3 full) with water and add the required amount of cleaning solution concentrate.
Turn on the ultrasonic cleaner, set the heater to 70˚C, and the timer for 30 minutes. This will both mix the solution and remove cavitation inhibiting entrained air. Called “degassing” the process is complete when bubbles stop coming to the surface. (Note that this step must be performed every time you prepare fresh cleaning solution.)
2. Ultrasonic Carb Cleaning ABCs
When all is ready, follow these simple steps:
Set the thermostat for 70⁰C. When the temperature is reached on the digital display…
Place the carburetor parts in the mesh cleaning basket so they do not contact each other and lower the basket into the solution. Set the timer for 40 minutes. This is an estimate, you will be able to determine the correct cleaning time by examining the carburetor parts. Do this by removing the basket, not by reaching into the bath.
When the parts are clean rinse them in fresh water and allow them to thoroughly dry. They are now ready for reassembly (if necessary) and replacement on your winter power equipment.
