1. Working Principle
(1) Ultrasonic Cavitation: The ultrasonic generator produces high -
frequency electrical signals that are transmitted to the ultrasonic
transducers installed at the bottom or sides of the cleaning tank.
These transducers convert the electrical energy into mechanical
vibrations, generating ultrasonic waves that propagate through the
cleaning solution. The ultrasonic waves create regions of high and
low pressure, causing the formation and collapse of millions of
tiny bubbles (cavitation). When these bubbles implode near the
surface of the objects being cleaned, they generate intense
shockwaves and micro - jets that dislodge and remove dirt, oils,
and other contaminants.
(2) Vapor Degreasing: The cleaning agent is heated to its boiling
point, creating a vapor zone above the liquid surface in the
cleaning tank. As the cleaned parts are lifted out of the liquid
and passed through this vapor zone, the hot vapors condense on the
cooler surface of the parts. The condensed liquid dissolves and
removes any remaining contaminants, leaving the parts dry and
residue - free.
(3) Heating and Circulation: The heating system maintains the
cleaning solution at the optimal temperature to enhance the
solubility of contaminants and the effectiveness of the ultrasonic
cleaning. The circulation pump continuously circulates the cleaning
solution, ensuring uniform cleaning and preventing the buildup of
dirt and contaminants in the tank.

3. Cleaning Process
(1) Loading: Place parts into baskets/fixtures and load them into
the machine.
(2) Pre - Rinse (Optional): Remove large debris with water or a
light cleaning solution.
(3)Ultrasonic Cleaning: Fill the tank with the chosen cleaning
agent, heat it, and activate ultrasonic waves for a set time.
(4)Rinsing: Use clean water or rinsing agent to remove residual
cleaning solution and contaminants, with multiple rinses if needed.
(5)Vapor Degreasing: Lift parts into the vapor zone for final
degreasing and drying.
(6) Drying: Air - dry or use hot air to ensure parts are completely
dry before removal.
