２.Working Principle
The cleaning process relies on ultrasonic cavitation:
1. Ultrasonic Wave Generation: High-frequency sound waves emitted by transducers create millions
of tiny cavitation bubbles in the cleaning solution.
2. Cavitation Effect: Bubbles implode upon contact with surfaces, generating micro-jets
that dislodge and dissolve contaminants without physical abrasion.
3. Mechanical Agitation: Combined with mechanical movements (conveyor belts, rotation
racks) and temperature-controlled cleaning fluids, this process

3. Equipment Configuration:
First and second tanks: Ultrasonic cleaning + filtering circulation
Function: Filter out floating oil, impurities, and dust during the
cleaning process, saving the cleaning agent.
Third tank: Bubbling rinsing
Function: After cleaning in the second tank, the third tank
performs bubbling rinsing again, making the workpieces cleaner.
Fourth tank: Ultrasonic rinsing
Function: After cleaning in the third tank, conduct a rinsing in
this rinsing tank, achieving better cleanliness.
Fifth tank: Hot - air drying tank
Function: The fifth tank uses air - blowing for drying, enabling
the cleaned objects to dry rapidly.
